The intercity bus was utilized by many companies beyond the typical charter bus companies. Railroads too, utilized these buses for connectivity with passenger trains. As time went on, these long-lasting vehicles were sometimes bought and sold by private owners, either in as-is condition, or fully restored with chrome and metallic paint.
