Broadway Limited Imports is excited to bring another one of our most popular HO scale passenger cars to N scale with the debut of the Union Pacific Kenefick Business Car!
A familiar sight on Union Pacific's famous heritage passenger fleet, the Kenefick has traveled the rails for decades and has become one of the railroad's most recognizable business cars. Originally built in 1950 as Coach No. 5446, the car was rebuilt into Business Car No. 99 in 1963 before being renamed Kenefick in 1988 to honor former Union Pacific Chairman and CEO John C. Kenefick.
Over the years, the Kenefick has been part of many of Union Pacific's most memorable excursions and special events. It traveled across the country behind the legendary Big Boy No. 4014 during its celebrated 2019 tour and served as the rear car on President George H.W. Bush's funeral train, securing its place as one of the most iconic cars in Union Pacific's heritage fleet
